Good location close to Osmanbey train station, affable staff, everything was really GOOD. The room was perfect and fairly quiet with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a safe, TV, and a mini fridge bar. The bathroom was clean, it was nice to have a tub. I had very lovely days staying at this hip new hotel.

Ideal hotel in a magnificent position in a slope thought it did n't bother us. The staff was all amiable, and the room was perfect and tidy. Location really close to Taksim and Fatih and public boats ports, Osmanbey train station and all main attractions. Nearby Juno - great place to chill out.

The location is perfect, as it is close to public transport and all the main attractions. The metro station is just a two-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very clean and cosy, with all the amenities I needed including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent room service and assistance throughout my stay. I also greatly appreciated the fact that there was a lift in the hotel, as this is not always common in older buildings. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station. Even though the hotel is situated on a slope, it didn't bother us at all. The rooms were cozy and extremely clean, with beautiful bathrooms. We loved the fact that the staff was friendly and always available for communication. It's hard to find such exceptional customer service in this day and age.

The location of Newcity hotel is very convenient, just a short walk from the Osmanbey metro station. The facilities provided in the rooms are excellent, including a mini cooler, air conditioner, and free WiFi. The staff at the hotel are friendly and make an effort to communicate well with the guests, which is rare to find in Turkey. The daily cleaning of the rooms and the breakfast offered are also quite satisfactory.
